Payment method

Payment of the full fee will take place after you complete your registration form. Payment method will be by Paypal account or credit card in the Paypal web, where you will be redirected to.

Filling in the form and making the payment doesn´t guarantee you a place: you will remain in the “waiting list” until the organization confirm it by email.

While you are in the waiting list, you can ask for a full refund anytime. Once the spot is confirmed, general conditions will apply (go to “cancellation policy”).

Registrations procedure

  1. You submit your personal information by filling in the “Registration Application” form. If you realize your information is wrong, do not send a new form. Just reply to our email including your information and we will update your details. Submission of more than one form per person is not allowed. In case we receive more than one form for the same participant, any of the forms can be deleted.
  1. If you fill in the form successfully, click “Proceed with payment” and you will be redirected to the Paypal web to proceed with payment by Paypal account or credit card. In case something goes wrong during the process, and we don´t receive the payment, you´ll be able to do it by bank transfer, you´ll receive the account number by email.
  1. We´ll immediately send you an email with your application status, the compilation of your personal information, for any eventual corrections, and the next steps you have to take. If you don’t receive this email, you can contact us by


Regarding classes level

Every participant who wants to attend to classes will choose her/his own level. The organization  won´t be responsible if this choice is not appropriate. As soon as classes begin, only changes not affecting Follow/Lead proportion or room in the classes can be made. No partial or full refunds will be made if attendants are not satisfied with the class level.

Regarding meals

Meals announced might be replaced with similar ones at the discretion of the organization. Participants with any type of food allergies must ask about meal ingredients. Under no circumstances the organization will not bear the responsibility for any allergies.

Regarding parties and classes

All of the teachers and bands announced are final. If, for reasons of force majeure, any teacher or musician can´t participate in the festival, the organization commits to do its best to replace them with a similar level professional. In this case, attendants will not be entitled to a compensation or refund unless the organization decides to do so.

Regarding schedule and venues

Both schedule and venues can be changed for organizational reasons (weather, overlapping with other events…). Attendants will not be entitled to a compensation or refund if the schedule or the venues are modified.

Safe place

Gastroswing wants to provide a safe environment for everyone. No aggressive, intimidating or disrespectful behaviours will be admitted. Sexist, racist and xenophobic attitudes are strictly prohibited. In case any person behaves in an unacceptable way, they may be chased out of the festival at the organization’s discretion.
If you feel abused or threatened during Gastroswing, please contact the festival staff.
We want you to feel safe and enjoy the festival, and you must be free to choose who you want to spend the festival with. Don’t accept any behaviour that makes you feel uncomfortable or abused. If that’s the case, please contact the organization immediately.

Other Gastroswing activities

The organization can change the festival agenda in order to deal with potential issues or to improve the contents. Our last nine editions are the best guarantee to prove our commitment at maintaining the spirit and quality of the festival.

Registrations and controls

All spots are assigned to one specific attendant. In case that the original attendant wants to transfer their spot to a different person, they must notify the organization in written and provide all the personal information of the new attendant who will replace them. Such a replacement requires a confirmation by the organization. An official ID with a photograph may be required to pick the personal accreditation up.
The transfer of any personal accreditation such as a bracelet or a ticket to any person other than the registered participant is strictly prohibited. In the event that this rule is not observed, the registration will be void and the original attendant will not be entitled to any reimbursements. People breaking this rule will be expelled from the festival facilities.

Cancellation / Reimbursement Policy

In case the organization needs to cancel the event or we´re not able to provide you a spot, we commit to refund 100% of any fee you have already paid.

Once the registration process is completed, no refunds will be allowed. However, you can transfer the pass to another person.

If you find a person to replace you, with the same pass and role, the change will be made free of charge. Deadline for changes will be May 29th, 2020. Every change must be notified to the organization before the deadline by sending an email to Any change not notified or out of the deadline will not be accepted. Furthermore, any person out of the official registration list, will not be accepted on the registration date.

In case of medical emergency within days before the festival takes place, the organization will assess the situation and the corresponding refund. Medical certification will be mandatory. Injuries occurred weeks before Gastroswing, with prognosis for recovery by the beginning of the festival, will not be considered a “medical emergency”. In that case, the participant must inform the organization when the injury happens and ask for the pass transfer to avoid the risk of not being able to attend to the festival. Another option would be to take the risk and wait to see if the injury is healed to come to the festival without incident. Anyway, only the participant is responsible for this choice.
